Our team
Three veterinarians who know your pet by name, with a practice manager, team members and a front desk team who greet you at the door.
Practice Owner / Veterinarian
Dr. Jeffrey Reagan graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London, England, in 2004. Since then, he has interned at the Southern California Vet Referral Group, as well as worked in private practice.
Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Reagan enjoys scuba diving, working in the yard, and spending time with his wife and two children.
Veterinarian
Dr. Heidi Watkins has been obsessed with animals for as long as she can remember. After graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Biology, she worked as a veterinary technician in New Jersey, then attended Ross University's School of Veterinary Medicine, spending her clinical year at Texas A&M University and graduating with her DVM in 2006.
She has worked in 24-hour emergency, exotic and feline-only practices. Cat care is her special interest: she has focused much of her continuing education on feline medicine and is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP).
Outside the hospital she loves time with her husband, their son and the family's numerous cats and other animals, plus horseback riding, nature walks and camping.
Veterinarian
Dr. Katie Minerman grew up in Orange County. In July 2025 she graduated with her Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVMS) from the University of Glasgow, Scotland; she also holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
She wants to foster a community that emphasizes client education and passion for pets' health. Outside of work you'll find her traveling, cooking seasonal recipes, or reading with her senior Snowshoe cat and German Shepherd.
