Foothill Animal Hospital is proud to offer a proactive approach to rewarding pet owners for giving their pets the best chance to live a long and healthy life. With every dollar our Wellness Rewards members spend at Foothill Animal Hospital, a 5% cash back reward is automatically loaded onto their virtual card to be used like real money towards future services, and we donate 1% to the Veterinary Care Foundation to help local pets in need.

What does Wellness Rewards include?
A yearly membership for your whole household, covering all your pets: two exams and one nail trim each membership year, plus 5% back on every dollar you spend, loaded onto your virtual card as rewards money usable towards services.
Does it cover every pet in my household?
Yes. One membership covers your whole household and all of your pets.
How much is it?
$140 a year, paid once for the membership year.
How do I join?
Call us at (949) 380-1255 or ask the front desk at your next visit. Joining is by phone or in person; there is no online sign-up.
Is it insurance?
No. It's a membership with included exams and rewards on what you spend. It doesn't replace pet insurance.
How do I renew or cancel?
Wellness Rewards is paid once for the year, so there's nothing to cancel. When your year is up, renew at the front desk or call (949) 380-1255.
Does my membership help other pets?
Yes. For every dollar members spend at Foothill Animal Hospital, we donate 1% to the Veterinary Care Foundation to help local pets in need.
